DESCRIPTION:Fitzgerald Actuarial is partnering with Zurich in holding a topical pensions seminar entitled "20-20 Vision   Scheme Transformations". While admission is free\, places are limited so we would advise early booking.\n\nAgenda \n\n\n	Disruption of Market: An overview of all the factors leading to a move to transfers from DC and DB schemes to new arrangements\n	Managing Wind-ups & Transfers: Key issues in planning and managing the fallout\n	Key issues in a DC world: Value proposition\, PRB and investment selection\n	Panel discussion\n\n\nThis seminar is aimed at Finance\, HR and Benefit managers and would also be informative for trustees of group pension plans.\n\nMichael Fitzgerald and John Grant of Fitzgerald Actuarial\, both experienced pension professionals\, will examine the drivers for change and the practical steps needed to be taken by employers and trustees as we move inexorably to a world of defined contribution (DC) schemes and the key issues in evaluating DC arrangements.\n\nDC arrangements will also have to transform\, in preparation for auto-enrolment.
