SUMMARY:Progressing Beyond: Mapping a Return to Office and Key Considerations
DESCRIPTION:Limerick Chamber has reached out within our membership to collaborate on a support event which we hope will help you map a return to the office. \n\nWe are delighted to collaborate and call upon Peninsula and VHI to deliver this event.\n\n\n\nThe key focus of this event will be how employers can manage the anxiety and apprehension of staff as a return to office aiding a peer to peer discussion on the practicalities of mapping a return to BAU (cultivating and nurturing a comfortable and understanding space for staff to ease back\, whilst also retaining staff and adapting to a new\, more flexible workspace) \n\n\n\nWe will take a look at what have we learned from the pandemic- in regard to HR policies- what did we learn in terms of enacting a more flexible/remote workplace\, an employee management/leadership style to aid staff retention in a time of significant change\, and lastly understanding staff burnout-\n\n\n\nLisa from Limerick Mental Health will talk us through how we now face the mental challenges of processing the past two years and finding a stable footing going forward.
