SUMMARY:Regional Leaders Programme 2019 Launch Event- Mary Harney
DESCRIPTION:Limerick Chamber in Association with DELL EMC and Kemmy Business School\, Unviersity of Limerick will host the launch event of our 2019 Regional Leaders programme-  The programme is a fantastic opportunity to develop a peer group\, network with your local business community (comprised of companies of every size and senior to middle management in each)associated with the programme- the event has been significantly helpful in terms of networking and creating a peer group- Leadership can be a lonely place and having a group of trusted contacts will be beneficial for advice and support\, and has been a huge success last year we had over 150 participants and have limited places available for 2019\n\nAs mentioned we are now at the final approach to the launch of our 2019 Regional Leaders Programme which will take place as follows:\n\n \n\nEvent Date: Thursday 31st January 2019\n\nEvent Time: 12:30pm   2:30pm (speaking engagement finishes at 2pm we have allotted an additional 30 mins for networking following the event)\n\nEvent Location: DELL EMC\, Raheen Industrial Estate Limerick.\n\n \n\n	\n		\n			Speaker Bio: \n\n			 Mary Harney\n\n			Mary Harney held several different Ministerial positions in the Irish Government for 18 years\, including Environmental Protection\, Industry\, Trade\, Research & Innovation and Health.\n\n			She was Deputy Prime Minister for 10 years and was both the longest serving woman ever in the Irish Parliament and the longest serving female Minister.\n\n			She has retired from politics and is now a business consultant.\n\n			Mary is an independent director of several companies\, including Biocon Ltd.\, Diona Technology\, Leaseplan Insurance and The Pharmed Group.\n\n			She was appointed Chancellor of the University of Limerick\, Ireland in January 2018\, having previously been Chair of Amber (Advanced Materials and Bio-engineering Research Centre) in Trinity College Dublin.\n\n			She is a board member of the Irish Hospice Foundation and of the European Board of Vital Voices.\n\n			She provides advisory services to companies mainly in the Pharma and Healthcare sectors and fulfils speaking engagements at international conferences.\n		\n	\n\n \n\nFurther Dates For your Diaries: \n\n \n\nFollowing our Launch event on the 31st January we are also arranging our next speaker engagement to take place in late March 2019\, from 12:30pm-2:30pm in Dell EMC\, Raheen Industrial Estate with guest speaker Fiona Muldoon of FBD Insurance\,\n\n\n\n\n\nAs with all our network events we will be taking photographs. We reserve full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming\, as well as any reproductions or adaptations of the images to help achieve the Chamber's aims. This might include (but is not limited to)\, the right to use them in their printed and online publicity\, social media\, and press releases. For purposes of good event management and security\, your registration details will be shared with our hosts
