The organization utilizes multiple outlets to engage with customers including\; phone support\, eSupport\, live chat\, social outreach\, and email to resolve customers' issues.\n\nHis approach to solving our customer needs and creating business value was driven through the operationalization of an integrated plan based on a north star vision for the Consumer Support organization. \n\nMr. Kelly has built a customer-centric culture within the organization that is focused on reducing customers' effort\, transforming the support model and building the workforce of the future. Under his leadership\, the Consumer support organization won over 69 prestigious industry awards in a variety of fields ranging from innovation\, customer centricity\, team engagement and social impact.  \n\n \n\n \n\nExecutive Leader of Dell Technologies Limerick Site \n\nIn 2015\, Denis Kelly relocated to the Dell Limerick Campus in additional to his role as global Senior Vice President for Consumer Support he assumed the role of leading the Limerick Campus.  He created a strategic plan for the Limerick Campus which has enabled the transformation of the campus becoming a global showcase for Dell Technologies.  This has led to a comprehensive plan of workforce transformation through upskilling of the team\, a world class customer centric ethos through all team members understanding their contribution to the value add of the company and the customers.  This transformation has been recognized by Dell Technologies Customers as seen by the increase in Customers visiting the Limerick Campus working with the Limerick Customer Solution Centre\, and the increase of conversion of these Customer business challenges to successful Customer outcomes.  Another measure of the success of the strategy can be viewed through the employee engagement which has seen the Limerick Campus becoming one of the top performing locations for Dell globally as measured by Employee Satisfaction.  \n\nExternally to Dell the IDA acknowledged the transformation of the Limerick Campus through the awarding of the inaugural "Invest in Ireland" Award for workforce transformational in 2018.    \n\n2012     Vice President\, Sales & Marketing Enablement/Order Operations\n\nRelocated to Austin to lead the Sales & Marketing Enablement organization within Dell's Commercial Sales Operations function\, enabling sales productivity\, growth and customer experience through the delivery of globally optimized processes and tools.\n\nHis primary responsibility was to enable sales productivity\, business growth and customer experience through the delivery of globally optimized sales/marketing processes and tools.  The 500+ headcount organization supported the broader Commercial Business unit of over 38\,000 sales and marketing employees with key systems (Salesforce.com\, Dell order management systems)\, reporting\, telecom technology and M&A.  \n\nHe also served as an instrumental leader for the Business Architecture Team (BAT) and End-to-End (E2E) Process leadership team\, working to accelerate Dell's transformation into an end-to-end solutions provider.  While he represented the voice of Sales & Marketing\, Denis was acknowledged as providing broad\, balanced business perspective in alignment with Dell's strategy and long-term business needs/priorities.\n\n2010     Vice President\, Global Sales Process Re-Engineering \n\nLaunched the Sales Process Re-Engineering organization\, responsible for key process and tool initiatives to enable sales to deliver on their financial and operational goals. \n\n\n	Vice President\, Global Consumer Small and Medium Business (CSMB) Order Operations \n\nIn leading these global teams\, he was responsible for the standardization and optimization of the order management processes. \n\n2007     Vice President\, Global Consumer Business Operations   \n\nAchieved revenue targets\, reduced total operational expense and cost of dissatisfaction\n\n\n	Vice President\, EMEA Business Operations \n\nReplicated a similar strategy as that his previous role. This resulted in a significantly improved customer experience\, and again provided a template for global implementation\, providing transformational improvement in terms of both quality and cost. \n\n2000     Director EMEA Services Operations\n\nEstablished a Services Operations model for Dell in Europe\, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). In this role\, he designed\, developed and implemented a successful strategy that integrated technical support\, services logistics and service providers across the twenty-two countries.  The success of this design in terms of execution\, reliability and cost led Dell to implement the model around the world.  \n\n1998     General Manager\, Limerick manufacturing facility                                             \n\nOpened the second European manufacturing facility in Limerick\, Ireland\, producing both server and laptop products for the European market. \n\n1996     Director of EMEA Operations (manufacturing & production)\n\nResponsible for manufacturing and production of Dell product in Europe. \n\nPrevious experience\n\nPrior to joining Dell\, Denis held management positions at Kostal\, a German-owned automotive supply parts company for over 10 years.\n\nDenis has a master's in Education\, Training and Development and holds an Executive Champion Belt for Business Process Excellence.
