SUMMARY:Smart Choice Leadership Programme
DESCRIPTION:Smart Choice Programmes helps companies achieve desired outcomes in organisational and human performance in leadership\, culture and strategy. It also provides focus and alignment for organisations in successional planning. \n\nThe programme is delivered in partnership with UL in Limerick\, Cork and Dublin\, and is designed to cater for the hectic life of the up-and-coming executive in a growing SME and multinational organisation.  It is tailored to provide maximum impact\, with a very manageable time commitment. The programme is divided into 3 blocks. The first block is 'Leading Me'\, the second block is 'Leading My Team' and the third block is 'Leading My Organisation'. Each block is a day and a half in duration. \n\nBlock one will cover the following modules:\n\n\n	Decision-Making\;\n	Leading\;\n	Self-Motivation. \n\n\nBlock two will cover the following modules:\n\n\n	Communication\;\n	Influencing\;\n	Emotional Intelligence.\n\n\nBlock three will cover the following modules:\n\n\n	Organisational Culture\;\n	Planning\;\n	Change Management.\n\n\nThis programme is delivered in partnership with UL and Certificate in Leadership is awarded at a graduation ceremony at the end of the programme.\n\nOn commencement of the programme\, participants choose a challenge they would like to tackle and implement in their organisation. The learnings of the programme will enable them to do this.\n\nThe participants can either write their assignments (submission dates follow each block) or they may choose to present instead. The content of this presentation is what would have been covered in the three written assignments.
