In this insightful online talk, we will look at the particular stresses that are rising in this current situation. Stresses that may not have been obvious before and how they may affect us in various ways. With the online platform we will be encouraging interaction via the chat option so that individual queries and concerns may be addressed and we will look at how the practice of mindfulness is one of the most powerful tools we can offer ourselves in these strange times. The opportunity open to everyone is to experience its effects on the body and mind in a brief exercise and discuss how to really benefit from a more centered and less stressful way of life.
