My name is Maurice Kikangala. I am a lifelong entrepreneur, activist, cultural practitioner, and community organizer, and I am proud to be the founder of the African Irish Chamber of Commerce. Throughout my life, my work has centered on the development of human potential—empowering individuals, building communities, and promoting meaningful cultural and economic exchange.

I have over 25 years experience and an in-depth understanding of forestry as an asset class as well as an important land use, from harvesting of our client's timber to land-use-change options for harvesting energy from solar and wind resources. My extensive knowledge and experience of land evaluation and aquisition, woodland establishment, production forecasting, timber harvesting and sales help our private, institutional and corporate clients acheive their land-use objectives.

Laurence Garric is the Founder of GCSolutions.ie, where she works as Principal LEAN organisational consultant specialising in continuous improvement of business transactions and advancement of positive organisational culture. 
Her work emphasizes optimising process efficiency and alignment with purpose, and preparing the ground for digitalisation of processes and transactions, while enhancing employee retention, empowerment and well-being. 
Laurence is Director and Secretary to the board of Limerick Mental Health Association and President of the Limerick Quimper Twinning. 
Laurence holds a Master's Degree in Business Management from the University of Limerick and a Green Belt in LEAN Six Sigma from Atlantic Technological University, Sligo. Laurence has just completed a postgraduate stackable micro credential in Digitalisation of Process and is currently studying Data Analytics, Visualisation, and Machine Learning in U.L.

Dr. Áine O’Dea PhD is one of Ireland’s most renowned Occupational Therapists who has applied her scientific expertise to develop RADIANT - a neuroleadership coaching method. Applying the science of the brain to the field of Leadership.

Suzanne Hughes (M.Ps.S.I., M.Sc., BA (Hons) is an experienced and qualified Psychologist. She graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a M.Sc. in Applied Psychology, and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from DBS College, and is a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland. Suzanne has broad experience working in psychology services and research in the public sector, and prior to this she had a corporate background, working in fast-paced business. Suzanne believes in 'lifelong learning' and is a completing internationally renowned Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach's Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program, certified by the Greater Good Science Centre, University of California, Berkeley. 

Éamonn joined Bowe Dental in 2022 as Group Manager. With over 15 years' experience in multi-site operations, new site development, and business growth, he brings a strong, hands-on approach to daily operations. Since joining, he has overseen the expansion from two to five clinics and grown the team from 14 to over 50 members. Drawing on his expertise in multi-site management and future-proofing, Éamonn has led the rollout of new software, procedures, and systems to enhance patient care, streamline workflows, and support growth. With a strong focus on patient satisfaction, employee engagement, regulatory compliance, future investment, and financial control, he is committed to maintaining Bowe Dental’s position as one of Ireland’s leading dental implant groups.
