The Scheme may offer a grant of up to 75% of the cost of the work, subject to a maximum grant of €1000, to property owners who are successful applicants. Terms and conditions apply and each application is treated on a case by case basis.

Generally, properties will be identified by the Dereliction, Vacancy & Reuse Team of Limerick City and County Council as being vacant/derelict and the owners of same are engaged to participate.

Closing date for applications is Friday 3rd October 2025.
