Programme Objective

To provide learners with practical, easy to implement business strategies and people management communication skills in order to quickly produce improved financial performance and more effective day to day operations.

Suitable for: Salon Owners or Managers wanting to up-skill within their management role or wanting to train a team member to become an outstanding team leader. Senior stylists and therapists wanting to become management ready. New business owners or people planning to start their own salon.

Methodology:

This programme is industry specific and tailor-made for busy salon professionals, content is practical and easy to implement. All sales and business development concepts are proven to deliver, are tried and tested with outstanding results.

Delivery is a combination of training and coaching, with group interaction encouraged.

Questionnaires, case studies, handouts and published articles are given too attendees to support course content and to retain for future reference.

Time is allocated to map out an 8 – 12 week team customer service and sales training weekly schedule, ensuring an increase in salon revenue and continued commitment to course content when returning to the salon floor.
