Limerick Chamber Extraordinary General Meeting

The Chamber will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting ("AGM") on Thursday, 8th October 2026 at 8:30a.m.. The purpose of this meeting is to consider registration of the Chamber as a Company Limited by Guarantee ("CLG"). Members are asked to participate in a vote on the proposal to register as a Company under the Companies Act 2014 (the "Act"). Should the requisite number of Members assent to registration, an application under Part 22 of the Act will be made to the Companies Registration Office ("CRO") to incorporate the Chamber as a Company Limited by Guarantee ("CLG"), being a CLG subject to the provisions of Part 18 of the Act.
