I have over 25 years experience and an in-depth understanding of forestry as an asset class as well as an important land use, from harvesting of our client's timber to land-use-change options for harvesting energy from solar and wind resources. My extensive knowledge and experience of land evaluation and aquisition, woodland establishment, production forecasting, timber harvesting and sales help our private, institutional and corporate clients acheive their land-use objectives.

Laurence works as an organisational consultant in the areas of positive organisation culture, focusing on employee retention, engagement through LEAN Six Sigma thinking, as well as continuous improvement of business processes.

With 15 years managing technical teams, Laurence has developed a strong background in client account management and process development in a reverse logistics environment. More recently, she has helped SMEs in project management, recruitment, professional training, and to develop structures to prepare for business growth. 

Laurence holds a Master's Degree in Business Management from the University of Limerick and a Green Belt in Lean and Six Sigma from the Atlantic Technological University Sligo.
