Named in honour of the owner’s late mother, Mother Macs blends heritage with innovation. The pub was proudly recognised as Traditional Bar of the Year 2022, celebrating its commitment to preserving the spirit and character of the Irish pub. Building on that legacy, it was also awarded Innovative Bar of the Year 2024 and most recently named Whiskey Bar of the Year 2025, reflecting its leadership in Ireland’s modern whiskey revival.
