I’m Anthony O Connell and I’m the founder of Flexitime. I started this company because I know how difficult it can be to balance a busy schedule with taking care of your health and well-being. Not so long ago, I was working long hours and struggling to find time for exercise, healthy meals, and self-care. As a result, I suffered from burnout and realized that something had to change. Before all of this, I loved running, cycling, doing home workouts with various apps and even the odd splash in my kayak and I knew this was a place I needed to get back for both my physical and mental health.
That’s when I came up with the idea for Flexitime. Our platform allows you to book fitness classes, health consultations, and self-care sessions at a time and place that suits your schedule. Whether you’re an early bird who likes to work out before work or a night owl who needs a late-night yoga session to wind down, we’ve got you covered.
I want Flexitime to achieve two main things: to help people prioritize their health and well-being, and to make it easier for busy professionals to fit exercise and self-care into their lives. We know that time is a precious commodity, and we want to help people make the most of it.
